Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Gordon Ramsay Restaurants The ideal gift for those looking for an introduction to sake, your experience begins with a welcome sparkling sake on arrival, alongside Asian-inspired canapes. Whilst you take a seat at the exclusive Kasai Chef's Table, our sommelier will take you through the Japanese rice wine's fascinating history, explaining how it is made and the different types of sake that are available.
Once you’ve learnt the theory, it’s time for tasting. You’ll try a number of different sakes perfectly paired with individual sushi dishes chosen to complement each dish. Our sommelier will also introduce you to the Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay sake list, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and give you more confidence when next ordering the drink.
