Hone your cookery skills and learn how to create a classic British dish with our Beef Wellington Masterclass at Bread Street Kitchen The City.
Don your apron and learn how to create this delicious showstopper, crafted with the finest beef fillet and seasonal produce, in our five-hour experience, including the masterclass and meal afterwards.
Guests are welcomed by the team before prepping their ingredients. Next you will prepare the duxelle, beef, crepes and pastry, before scoring and cooking your Wellington. Once in the oven, you'll sit down as a class with a selection of sharing starters and glass of bubbles before your cooked Wellys are presented and carved at the table with a selection of sides. Finish your experience with a signature dessert, whilst you’re given a masterclass certificate to take home with you.
