Discover the secrets to making our signature Lucky Cat specials with our expert pastry chefs. Located within our world-class Chef’s Table, participants will be guided through the finer techniques of pastry making, equipping them with skills that will last a lifetime.
Throughout this unique journey, attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to make our yuzu and passionfruit soufflé, Kyoto Brest matcha with milk chocolate and sour cherry, and Lucky Cat biscuits. Valued at £100 per person, guests will be welcomed with a chef jacket and apron to look and feel like professionals.
At the end of this one-of-a-kind experience, guests will walk away with their very own Kyoto Brest and signature Lucky Cat chocolate truffles, as well as the masterclass recipe book to assist when recreating these unique delicacies at home.
