Steve Bonnington

Originally from the Midlands, Steve studied there for a degree and masters in Sports Science and neuromuscular kinesiology, and began his career as a sports scientist for Nottingham Forest. However, he found he had a natural talent for hospitality whilst working at one of Manchester’s most prestigious cocktail bars.

Since then, he’s worked his way up to manage several restaurants and bars across the North and midlands, including VIP favourite, NUVO Bar in Birmingham.

Throughout his career, Steve has built strong relationships with luxury food & beverage providers whilst working on exclusive events for prestigious brands.

Steve started his journey at Lucky Cat Manchester, perfecting his knowledge of the brand and standards of service, and has since been promoted to run our flagship Lucky Cat Mayfair.
