STREET BURGER AND STREET PIZZA SCRATCH CARDS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you're checking out this page because you're a Street Pizza or Street Burger scratch card winner, firstly, congratulations! We can’t wait to see you and celebrate your win. Secondly, we have a few terms and conditions which can be found below. Please give them a read and then come claim your delicious prize!

Scratch cards are valid from 2nd January 2024 – 28th March 2024 only (excluding 14 February 2024 and 10th March 2024).

Scratch cards must be used in full on one visit.

One scratch card is redeemable per person, per visit.

Only available on dine in orders.

Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Street Pizza scratch cards are redeemable at Street Pizza Southwark and Street Burger x Pizza Woking only. Street Burger scratch cards are redeemable at all Street Burger locations.

Scratch cards are not transferable for other products or for change/cash.

Scratch cards are not replaceable if lost, destroyed, or stolen.

Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza and Gordon Ramsay Street Burger may suspend or terminate the promotion at their discretion.

Free burger prize does not include fries. Burger of choice to be redeemed.

Umami wings prize includes five wings.

Pizza prize includes bottomless pizza.

In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than 72hrs notice a fee of £75pp for weekday lunch and £120pp for weekend lunch and all dinners will be charged to the card. Please note that special terms & conditions may apply for key seasonal dates.

Christmas Day: A £290 per person deposit will be charged upon booking to secure your reservation and deducted from the final bill. Extras, drinks and a discretionary service charge will be payable on the day. You can cancel or amend your booking up to 7 days before your reservation by calling the restaurant. Under 30s Promotion: This offer is valid for dine-in customers on Mondays and Tuesdays at Street Pizza and Street Burger. Enjoy a 30% discount applied to the bill for up to four diners. Available for customers under 30 years old with a valid ID showing date of birth when a valid ID must be presented at the restaurant. Offer valid from October 9th, 2023, until further notice. Offer applicable for in-house dining only, not valid for takeout or delivery orders. There is no usage limit. Feel free to enjoy this discount as often as you like. Restrictions may apply during special events or holidays. Check for blackout dates. Reservations are recommended for guaranteed availability, especially during busy times. From 13th November until stocks last, receive a free prize when ordering our new Chocolate Cup with ice cream at Street Burger and Street Pizza locations.

The giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants (“we”, “us” or “our”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the giveaway.

All participants will receive the following free gift after ordering a Chocolate Cup and settling their bill.

Only one gift per chocolate cup purchased.

Once the free gift and/or prize has been delivered, you are solely responsible for the free gift and/or prize.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the giveaway. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the free gift and/or prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter and/or Threads.

The giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the giveaway must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Restaurants only.
All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only. Please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail first class delivery
All vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 10 month validity period.
All vouchers must be booked in advance.
Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year's Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Please ask when booking.
Vouchers used on set menus available during promotional periods such as the Festive season (November and December) will be subject to a supplement, payable on the day. Please ask when booking.
Vouchers for experiences (set menus, masterclasses etc) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or government incentive.
Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smart phone) at the relevant restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
Vouchers purchased for experiences can be exchanged for the experience detailed on the voucher or for goods and services up to the value of that experience.
Vouchers for masterclasses are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking.
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in the UK. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash - vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
Experience vouchers, where applicable, include a cover charge, however any items ordered in addition to the experience e.g drinks or side dishes, are not included and will be payable on the day. A 15% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your experience or meal on the day.
Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants website (www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com) and include monetary vouchers, experience meal vouchers and experience day vouchers.
Experience vouchers do not include drinks, wine pairings, additional dishes or 15% service charge, unless otherwise stated. Additional extras/items will be payable on the day.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers are not accepted at Gordon Ramsay Burger at Harrods.

BOOKINGS

To book your Gordon Ramsay Restaurants voucher or experience, please contact the respective restaurant directly via phone, or make your booking online noting your individual voucher code. Please ensure you bring your voucher with you, printed or via your smartphone, to present to the restaurant teams on the day.

Online bookings can be made here via our website or directly with the restaurant.

If you have a masterclass voucher (e.g cocktail or culinary masterclass experiences), please contact our dedicated Experiences team on 0207 592 7970 to confirm your booking with your voucher code.

REFUND POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to us within seven (7) days of receipt and we will provide a full refund.

To request a refund, please call 0207 592 7954 to report the problem and then post the vouchers to:

The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guest cancellations of meal experiences and monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of that restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.

Experience vouchers cancelled by customers less than 4 weeks before a booked experience day shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event a booked experience day is cancelled by the company the experience voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavour to rebook the experience day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months. Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the experience voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at a Gordon Ramsay Restaurant in the UK (subject to voucher expiry and reservation at the restaurant).

The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and experience day vouchers that are not rebooked or exchanges for goods and service shall be forfeited.

Our Kids Eat Free offer is only available for children up to 8 years old. Free kids meal(s) from the set children's menu only. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Available at selected UK restaurants only. One child per adult ordering off of the A La Carte menu.
