Cooking instructions

For chimichurri:

1. Mix all vegetable ingredients together
2. Add olive oil slowly just enough to bind the ingredients together
3. Finish seasoning

For picanha:

1. Season liberally the steak
2. Grill on each side for 2-3 minutes

To serve:

1. Spoon chimichurri over steak and serve
